COMMERCIAL SALES EXECUTIVE FOR EUROPEAN MARKET

Working hours: 24-32 hours a week

APS is on its way to expanding the market presence in Europe and has an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a COMMERCIAL SALES EXECUTIVE FOR EUROPEAN MARKET.

Requirements:
• Previous sales experience is preferred, however if you have solid knowledge of the food and dairy products industry, it would be a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and selling skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Good understanding of the European market and cultures is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a high-energy, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English is essential, other European languages are advantageous.
Job Description:
•Generate sales leads and enquiries either via physical visits or telephone calls and successfully converting these into new customer accounts.
•Understand customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions and services.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of contracts to close sales deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and customer satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals closed using Exact software.
• Preparing shipping docs as per customers required and providing after-sales support;
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance industry knowledge and establish relationships with potential customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
